As long as your candidate is new to Synergy Financial and not already registered, your reward will be paid providing:
- The referred candidate has been placed within 6 months of the date of referral
- The referred candidate has passed their 3 month probation in their permanent role/3 months continuous employment or completed 8 weeks or 300 hours of contract bookings
