Contingency Recruitment
Otherwise known as Database Search, this is a 'no win, no fee' service utilising the vast Synergy Financial database – web based advertising is included at no extra cost in this service. Our consultants will take a comprehensive job/person spec by meeting you where possible, and then match the specification against our pre-screened candidates. Interviews will then be organised and should a candidate introduced by Synergy Financial commence employment with a client then a fee is charged.
HIRE Service
HIRE - High Impact Recruitment Exercise
To gain total commitment and focus on filling your vacancy you should opt for a HIRE. This is effectively a retained hire which costs you nothing up front and more or less guarantees you success with the minimum of interruption.
A HIRE is a proactive and focussed method which gives you a consultant dedicating all of their time to filling your vacancy(ies):
- You agree a timetable for the recruitment process
- You agree a date for 1st interviews
- The consultant works to that date providing you with agreed information and correspondence
- The interviews are hosted and facilitated by Synergy Financial
- Prior to each interview you are briefed on the candidate's registration interview notes so you can get to the ‘meat' of the interview quickly
- Following each interview the candidate is debriefed and you receive instant feedback on the candidates thoughts
- At the end of the HIRE candidates and dates are discussed for the 2nd stage

In the event that there is a requirement for a variety of roles, specific skill sets are sought, or the client wishes to have a branded recruitment presence, we can offer Advertised Selection. Utilising our market and industry knowledge we will advise on publication, draft copy, and in conjunction with our specialist marketing team we will design and produce the advert. The applicant response will be handled by us but belong exclusively to you. You will then receive the full HIRE service.
Search
In all cases, we are able to offer a retained, search option. This works particularly well not only with executive appointments, but also with lower level technical roles, where either specific skillsets or qualifications are required. This method is extremely effective
IRS – Interim Recruitment Solution
The ideal solution for those situations when you are left in the lurch. When you have a vacancy that is empty you face time pressures
