Happy to offer a personal recommendation and thank you for all the hard work that you and your team put into Project Aragon which ran from 14th October 2003 to May 2004.

Following Bnp Paribas Securities Services acquisition of Cogent Investment Operations in 2002, you were invited to tender for the relocation of the offices from Finsbury Avenue to Lynchwood Business Park in Peterborough.  You were one of 4 agencies to tender and from an initial list of 20 vacancies, your organisation alone was responsible for filling over half of those with an outstanding conversion ratio of 1:2.

Following this initial success, you were invited to both Peterborough and London in order to present to the Senior Management team and we were very impressed by your ‘hands on’ professional approach which led to your winning sole agency status for the duration of the project.

The remit for this project was some 220 placements, initially within 6 months, a tall order by any standards which I have pleasure in confirming you achieved on time and with considerably better KPI’s than was expected from such a large project.  Your statistics remained at 1:2 interviews to placement which under the circumstances was an astonishing achievement. This in large part was achievable due to the extremely efficient team that you had deployed on site to co-ordinate the submissions, managers, interviews, offer letters and starter packs.  A big thank you to your team for the very important part they played in keeping our own internal involvement and disruption to a minimum.

We found the SHL testing and PPA analysis particularly useful in highlighting any potential areas of weakness.

To your credit on creating the Synergy brand  in 2006 you have continued to maintain a high standard and have a proven success record with us becoming a top tier supplier and making a large proportion of all placements during 2007 in both our London and Peterborough Securities operations.
